About Us
At Talk to ABG, we're dedicated to enhancing English communication skills while fostering self-reflection. The idea of collaborating on teaching English has been developing between Leticia and Carol for some time. After several years in the industry and Leticia earning her bachelor's degree in psychology, she realized the importance of integrating meaningful topics into communication classes. This approach not only improves English speaking skills but also enriches one's life. With us, you will have the chance to practice your speaking with a variety of people who are also non-native English speakers, engage in discussions on a wide range of opinions about important topics, and enhance your daily life with new skills.
Our Story
In 2018, we met at CISV, an international organization affiliated with the UN. When the pandemic hit, we got really close and started teaching English together. For two years, we used different materials and books to help each other out. In 2022, Carol moved to the US, and Leticia stayed in Brazil to study psychology. But our friendship stayed strong, and we never stopped working together. Now, we've made our dream come true: we've started our own business. With all our different skills and experiences, we're thrilled to have you join us on this journey.
What sets us apart?
Our motivation stemmed from the importance of addressing relevant topics to prevent negative consequences. Traditional English learning methods may not always be engaging. Therefore, we created comprehensive materials that merge prevention psychology with English language learning to inspire and encourage students on their personal and professional development journey.
